Terms of Use
By downloading or using PopShot you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. What PopShot does
PopShot is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Information shown in the app is for general purposes and is not professional advice.
2. Your content
- You keep all rights to the content you add to the app.
- You confirm you have the right to use any content you add, and you will not add unlawful content.
- You grant us the limited right to process your content solely to provide the features you use.
- Only add photos of other people (for example friends in a group Pop) if they have agreed to it. You are responsible for the photos you add.
- Images are created by a third-party AI model and may contain mistakes or not look exactly like you. Do not use them to deceive, impersonate or harass anyone.
3. Premium subscription
- Premium features require an active subscription (for example weekly or yearly), purchased through the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
4. Fair use
Do not use PopShot to create harmful or infringing content, to reverse engineer the app, or to overload or bypass its limits. We may suspend access for abuse.
5. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features and content, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. The service depends on third-party providers and may be unavailable at times.
6. Disclaimer and liability
PopShot is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of information in the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of their own country.
